Concrete curb making machine can produce differnt size curbs by replace the curb molds. Max height 35cm and max width 35cm. It can pave 800~1000m concrete curbs per 8 hours.It’s easy to operate so 2~3 workers can do the projects.Small size and easy to move. Hydraulic up and down saving operation time.

Normally, we suggest the curb size under 25*25cm, as bigger curbs needs biger blades and higher pressure . Too large concrete curbs will wear the screw blades soon.

The construction method of concrete curb making machine:

Construction stakeout→ placing the curb making machine → mixing and transpor of concrete → feeding → forming curbs → following the machine and cleaning

1. Measure the curb size and draw a line on the ground.
2. Put curb paving machine into working position and try to keep the mold part close to ground.
3. Mixing and transport of concrete, so concrete mixer and transport truck is needed.
4. Feeding concrete to curb machine.Loading concrete buy machinery or by workers.Make sure the feeding speed catch the moving speed.
5. Forming concrete curbs continuously by screw blades.
6. Follow the machine and clean: clear the concrete on the ground and cure the concrete surface if needed.
