LSD-350 Asphalt Kerb Maker

Lsd-350 Asphalt kerb maker is specialized in asphalt curbs forming work.As asphalt is thick and oild, have to use squeezing method .

During asphalt kerb forming, have to pay attention to the asphalt concrete ratio and temperature. 150-180℃ is suitable for paving work.

LSD-350 asphalt kerb maker has hydraulic type lifting system.When you move the machine, use hydraulic handles to lift the machine. When you do paving work, use hydraulic handles to lower down the machine, make sure the kerb mold part is close to ground.

Each machine will be tested before delivery to customer. The hydraulic oild,engine oil already filled.

Lsd-350 kerb extruding machine main wearing parts is the auger blades and shaft(showed in below picture) The first auger blade wear fast by asphalt,so we did extra weld layer on it to make it more durable. The first blade can be removed from the shaft and replace easily.

If the first blade is wore and main shaft also wore, please replace the shaft directly. Or the machine can not move, because of no pressure.

The difference between LSD-350 and LSD-250:

1. Workable curb size different. 350mm and 250mm.
2. Lifting way different: LSD-250 is hand wheel adjusting,LSD-350 is hydraulic lifting ,more quickly and easier.
3. Total weight different: LSD250 is 450kg, LSD-350 is 560kg. Using better steel and better parts.
4. For small and short project can use LSD-250. It is cheaper than LSD-350.
