Slipform curb machine using vibrators and slipform molds to paving differnet shape and size concrete curbs.

Moving speed 0~5m/min adjustable. Curb machine including: selfmoving system,hydraulic system,vibrating system,conctrol box,slipform mold,diesel generator.

There is a hand control steering system and hydraulic control steering system.

Mold parts has hydraulic lifting sytem.By adding height sensor, it can control the curb height automatically according to iron lines.

Mold part can be replaced easily. Mold size max 1.3m width,Max 0.4m height.

Vibrating system including 2 vibrating motor and 2 vibrating rods.Vibrating rods are wearing parts,workers can replace it freely .

Woking process of slipform curb machine:

1. Customize curb moulds according to drawings.
2. Confirm the construction direction to set curb machine accordingly.
3. Adjust the machine height according to curb size.
4. Arrange other machinery required such as loading trucks, loaders, trolleys or dump trucks, etc.
5. Arrange 4-5 workers on site.
6. Draw a line on the construction ground (manually control the direction), or set a steel line (the sensor automatically walks).
7. Feeding wet mixed concrete.
8. Follow the machine to clean and maintain.

Some projects need to put pipe or steel bar inside the curbs.It is also workable.
