Working principle of extruding curb machine

Working principle of extruding curb machine,screw type auger blades pressing asphalt or concrete into a customized mold,then forming curbs.

Extruding curb machine can paving concrete curbs and asphalt curbs,same working process .

The last piece of blade normally wear most, so there are a thick welding layer to make it stronger. Durding extruding work,please check the last piece frequntly. In case the blade wear out then damage the main shaft.

As the main shaft is more expensive then a blade, the best way is to replace the blade timely.
