Working steps of concrete ditch paving machine?

Concrete ditch paving machine working steps:

1.Using road roller to compact the ground. The ground must be compact before excavating.Or the concrete ditch might expand or curve.

2. Connect the customized digging bucket to your excavator.Draw a line on the ground,digging the ditch accordingly. Check the height and straight line.

If there is stone or hard soil, please use the excavator bucket first, and then use the customized bucket for repair. Do not excavate the ditch beyond the final size.

3.Using excavator or crane,put ditch paving machine into the beginning part of ditch.Put 2 pcs channel steel to each side(6m/pcs.#10 channel steel) The 2 wheels fit in channel steel.

4.Mixing concrete : Hydraulic type must use concrete slump around 60~90.

A:Concrete mixing plant+ truck to transport.Concrete tanker can not pure out,too thick.

B:Forced concrete mixer+ truck or tricycle( if the working plant is narrow)

C:Small concrete mixer+ tricycle(For small projects)

5.Start the diesel engine, press hydraulic pump start, press vibrating/feeding start.

6.Put concrete into machine directly or into a temporary steel bucket.

Then the truck can go to load concrete again. One excavator follow the machine and feeding.

7. Concrete curing:cover plastic film on finished concrete ditch.
