China Canal machine is a canal molding machine.It can forming concrete canal and ditch into different shape without wooden mold or steel mold. Only use 3~5 workers can paving 300~500 m/8h.

Differeces between Automatic type and Traction type:

1. Automatic type use hydrauclic squeezing backforce to move.Traction type use traction strings and anchor to move.
2. Automatic type needs to use low concrete slump. Traction type can use higher concrete slump.
3. Traction type is shorter than automatic canal paver machine.

Working steps of concrete canal paver:

• Compact the ground by a road roller and must keep 2 side in same level.

• Digging a ditch according to your drawings and try to dig is as standard as you can.

• Lay 2 moving track on each side then put moving wheels into the track.

• Feeding concrete into hopper by excavator or loader.

• Forming concrete canal continuously .

• Using plastic film to cure concrete.
